Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging with all included components.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Change of Mind Returns
You may return your product within 30 days for a refund if it is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@[yourdomain].com.au and we’ll provide return instructions.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first. We will provide the return address and instructions.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the product is faulty or damaged). If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major failure.
